etc.
- Using the
telephone : calling a taxi or doctor ; a plumber or electrician,
etc.
- Driving in
Geneva : finding your way around ; advice about parking ; some
traffic regulations.
- Dining in
restaurants : reserving a table ; understanding and ordering
from the menu ; asking for the bill.
- Basic conjugation
of verbs and grammar, according to the level of the students.
Practical
experience
- 2 lunches
with the teacher in a restaurant.

TEACHERS WILL CONDUCT THE COURSE
Advantage
of this programme :
- When a beginner
learns a language for 2 or 3 hours a week, progress is relatively
slow. After 3 months the student is often "frustrated"
and gives up.
- After an intensive
week, by comparison, he will already be able to communicate the
essential, and to "survive" in Geneva.
And he will be more motivated to continue his studies in French
